Try this:
• To adjust your system sound levels please go to Settings -> General -> Sounds -> Ringer and Alerts. Here you can adjust the volume of the app.
• If this doesn’t work, check the side of your device and make sure the “Side Switch” is enabled.
• If this still doesn’t work, check if your device is in Airplane Mode and disable that.
